Forest Walk with Me; a few of my favourite books

Have you ever experienced the magic of forest walking or forest therapy? It's an adventure that engages all your senses. One of my favourite things to do when I step into the woods is to find the nearest cedar tree, snap a small piece of a cedar spray and crush it between my fingers - the aroma is invigorating. I've been doing this for years and I hope my kids will do this with their kids someday down the road. Hopefully these books will inspire you to find your own little forest walking tradition.
